Winter Rates 11-16/4-30 $225 Night, 3 Night Minimum,  $1000. Week 3650. Month + (13.5%) Taxes + $125 Cleaning fee + 200 Refundable Security Deposit.

No Utilities are Included

The rates include bed linens and towels but there in NOT daily maid service.
