Standard Rates: 5-1/11-15 $150 Night, 3 Night Minimum, $875 Week, $2650 Month, + (13%) Taxes + $125 Cleaning fee + $200 Refundable Deposit.

Winter Rates: 11-16/4-30 $175 Night, 3 Night Minimum, $1050 Week, $2,950 Month + (13%) Taxes + $125 Cleaning fee + $200 Refundable Deposit.

$100 Pet fee is required for pets.

Includes the following services: Electricity, Water, High Speed Wireless Internet, Cable TV W/DVR +30,000 Movie Library.

The rates include bed linens and towels but there is NOT daily maid service.
